- The online printed copy of the application form must be delivered by registered courier service to the Office of Project Director IDSRS (Admin Section), NIH, Park Road, Islamabad, along with legible, attested copies of all diplomas and certificates, a cover letter stating the position applied for and the serial number of the position, the applicant’s address, CNIC, two passport-size photos, experience certificates, etc.
- By hand, incomplete submissions and late submissions will not be accepted.
- The project’s prior advertisement, which was issued on 04.08.2022, may be considered cancelled.
- Those who applied in response to a previous posting must reapply.
- According to current government regulations, there will be a general age relaxation of five (5) years acceptable.

- The chosen candidates must submit an affirmation on stamp paper stating that they will not seek regularisation of their employment at any point because these positions are only contract positions.

- At the time of the interview, candidates must present all original documents (together with the NOC in the case of candidates who are currently in employment).
